Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from CEFET-PR, Ponta Grossa Campus (2003), a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Informatics from UTFPR (2009), and a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (2024) in Hungary. Currently, he is a professor at the Federal University of Technology Paraná (UTFPR). His research focuses on the fields of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering, with emphasis on Communication Protocols, Data Science, Reinforcement Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
