Eder is an assistant professor in the Chemistry and Biology Department and a research scientist at the Environmental Analyses and Technologies graduate program at Federal University of Technology - Paraná (UTFPR) . He earned his PhD in Microbial biochemistry at State University of Campinas in 2008, and worked as an Fapesp postdoc fellow with Dr Marcio Lambais at the University of São Paulo before coming to UTFPR. His major interests are microbial biochemistry, environmental microbiology, phytomicrobiome, metaproteomics and metabolomics approaches.
